You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.ResponsibilitiesDrive the implementation of innovative software features that align with project goals and client requirements.Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and code quality.Mentor and guide colleagues to foster knowledge sharing and elevate team capabilities.This role requires being onsite 3+ days per week with the client in one of the following locations: Pennington, NJ, or Charlotte, NC.Basic Qualifications5+ Years of experienceBachelor's DegreePreferred QualificationMaster proficiency in Amazon Web Services AWSExpert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering is desired
