Compensation

• $35,000–$65,000 in your first phase
• Top performers earn $120,000+ annually
• Base pay + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in-store and through phone, text, and digital communication
• Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
• Guide customers through a transparent and efficient buying process
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Work with a team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license

Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

This role is best suited for individuals who are driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment.
