X-Ray Technician OpportunityAtrium Medical Center is looking for an X-Ray technician interested in a 4x9 schedule, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1 PM to 10:30 PM. Must have the following requirements:Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major: Radiologic TechnologyBLS required through AHA and ARRT, ODH certificationMust have OR experienceTravel experience preferredFloating and Other Requirements:Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretionAgency will float in/out of specialty clustersIt will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVIDIf assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main CampusTraveler must be available to work every other weekend/holidayPremier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contractPremier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fineTravelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentivesKnowledge/Skills:Independently performs diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast mediaWorks under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipunctureCoordinates patient flow and the activities of the Radiology DepartmentExercises professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working conditionMay perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needsMay have on-call responsibilitiesRTO request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offerRTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion
