Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.\nLocal Team Collaboration:\n\n Join a collaborative care team and use your hospital medicine experience to advance high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming community.\n Practice alongside five hospital medicine physicians committed to improving outcomes for the community we serve.\n We are an integral part of the hospital and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital Medicine.\n Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.\n Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.\n\nQualifications:\n\n Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.\n Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.\n Procedural competency preferred.\n One year of hospitalist/nocturnist experience preferred for nocturnist role.\n We proudly sponsor J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.\n\nScheduling:\n\n Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.\n This is a nocturnist role, and shifts will generally be 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.\n We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. Our team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.\n Deliver exceptional care in a community-centered practice where your expertise helps shape better outcomes for the patients who need it most.\n Manageable census and opportunity to practice with autonomy.\n Candidates must be comfortable with vent management and responding to rapid responses and codes.\n\nLiving and Working in Moses Lake:\n\n Moses Lake is known for its expansive lake and stunning desert landscapes.
