Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and detailed evaluations of patients' conditions, taking into account their medical histories and personal goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with best practices, using a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and patient education.
• Track patient progress through systematic assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and injury prevention strategies to encourage independence and self-management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, participating in team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse group of patients, ranging from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals managing chronic pain and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with relevant clinical training.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

Move Strong Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
