Lease Driver Job Details
- Earn like an owner from day one. Top lease drivers gross $200,000+ per year, earning $1.12/mi loaded + FSC and $1.07/mi empty + FSC with steady, easy freight to keep your business moving. Plus, earn a 2CPM bonus for your first year!*
- Start with confidence - $0 down. Step into ownership with no financial barriers and predictable payments.
- Affordable weekly payments help you stay profitable. Keep your costs manageable as you build your business. Truck payments start as low as $327 per week and range up to $588 per week for a 2024 model, giving you options that fit your budget and business goals.
- Run easier, earn steadier. Enjoy 99% no-touch freight, competitive accessorial pay, strong Hazmat pay, and bonuses-including a 2CPM bonus on all miles your first year!*
- Driver referral rewards. Drivers can now receive the referral bonus even if the referred driver attends orientation at the same time through our "Bring a Driver" program. Earn an additional 4CPM for every driver you refer. No cap and no limit on referrals.*
- Run newer trucks built for comfort & performance. Operate late-model Freightliners, Internationals, and Peterbilts. All are equipped with inverters, fridges, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, bunk heating/cooling, and more.
