About the Role

As a Member Service Representative II, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to our members by identifying their needs and recommending products and services that support their financial goals. This is a highly engaging role that combines relationship building, financial wellness coaching, lending, business development, and consultative sales.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative II your key responsibilities will include:

1. Greet and assist members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
2. Conduct teller transactions and introduce members to ITM technology.
3. Use a consultative approach to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
4. Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services, including loans and credit cards.
5. Support lending goals and ensure accurate loan documentation.
6. Serve as a lead trainer for new hires and support regional financial centers.
7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
8. Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.
