Bob Jones University or Bob Jones Academy students only. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Replace lights and light bulbs Unplug drains and commodes Repair drawers Repair doors and walls Other duties as assigned by supervisor Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy Must be at least 16 years old Basic knowledge of hand tools Understanding of general maintenance terms Ability to learn new skills Must (occasionally) lift/carry up to 100 lbs. and push/pull up to 25 lbs.
