Clinical Nurse II- M2: Ortho/Spine - 36hrs/week, Nights

Department/Unit: Orthopedics & Spine Unit-M2 Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary Range: $72,072.00 - $74,229.26 The clinical Nurse contributes to the creation of a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through displays of kindness and active listening. Additional Salary Range: $34.65 - $35.69 Responsibilities: Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatments as required by policies and regulations. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care. Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered. Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
