Heavy Haul DriverBlue Sage Services LLC - Beaver, OKPosition SummaryBlue Sage Services is seeking experienced CDL Truck Drivers to support our heavy civil construction operations by safely and efficiently hauling materials such as rock, dirt, aggregate, and construction debris. This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule by ensuring timely material delivery, maintaining equipment, and operating with a safety-first mindset.At Blue Sage Services, we are Powered by People —and that means hiring drivers who take ownership, operate with integrity, and contribute to a team-focused jobsite.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate CDL-class vehicles (dump trucks, water trucks, tractor trailers, lowboys, etc.) in support of construction operationsHaul materials including rock, sand, dirt, asphalt, and debris to and from job sitesPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings dailyMaintain accurate haul logs, tickets, and required documentationCoordinate daily with the Fleet Manager for dispatch, routing, and equipment assignmentsWork closely with Superintendents and Foremen to meet jobsite material demands and schedulesLoad and unload materials as required, ensuring proper weight distribution and securementComply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and jobsite safety requirementsAssist with general labor tasks on-site when trucking needs are metIdentify and report maintenance or safety issues immediately to the Fleet ManagerMaintain clean and organized equipment, both inside and outRequirementsValid CDL Class ACurrent DOT Medical CardClean driving record with the ability to pass background check and drug screeningMinimum 2+ years of experience operating CDL vehicles in construction or similar environmentsExperience hauling aggregate, dirt, or heavy construction materials preferredAbility to operate in varying terrain and jobsite conditions (mud, uneven ground, tight access areas)Strong understanding of load securement and weight complianceWillingness to travel and work extended hours as required by project demandsCertifications (Preferred but not required)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30HAZMAT or tanker endorsement (for water truck or specialty hauling)Physical RequirementsAbility to climb in and out of truck cabs multiple times per dayAbility to lift up to 50 lbsCapable of working outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness and focusWhat We ExpectSafety First: You operate with awareness and accountability—no shortcutsDependability: You show up ready to work and follow through on commitmentsTeam Mentality: You support the crew and communicate effectively with leadershipOwnership: You take pride in your equipment, your work, and your role on the jobWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experiencePer diem for qualifying travel assignmentsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding companyA team-driven culture focused on development, safety, and long-term success
