We’re seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in homes across Central Ohio. We are seeking three (3) experienced, career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn and looking for a stable, well-paying career. Benefits/Perks: Lucrative Pay Steady work year-round Performance Pay Paid/Ongoing Training Growth Opportunities As the Lead Kitchen & Bath Remodel Installer, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently complete bathroom remodeling projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Complete demolition of cabinets, countertops, backsplash, tub/shower areas, and bathroom floor and vanity. Install new cabinets, reface cabinets, tub/shower pans and acrylic wall / tub systems, vanity installations, general construction, and trim work. Leave clients home in a clean and safe appearance. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Ability to lift heavy objects. Experience with trim carpentry, cabinet installation, light plumbing, and fixture installation. High attention to detail. Ideal Candidates: Must be available to work full time, Monday-Thursday from 7:30-5:30 (no work on Friday or weekends). Ability to occasionally work late to complete projects in a timely fashion. Have a desire to learn new techniques designed to increase the value of our remodels and increase efficiencies.
