Job Title: Hospitality Construction & Facilities Project Manager

• The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of ground-up restaurant builds, from feasibility to opening.
• Manage construction procurement, contracts, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee facility improvement and maintenance projects in partnership with internal construction and operations teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent, manage quality control, and handle punch lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on construction leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or upscale retail sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end projects with custom architectural elements.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial building systems, health codes, and MEP requirements.
• Experience in negotiating and administering contracts and change orders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, risk management, and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
