Sera responsable de preparar, ensamblar y cocinar los alimentos.
Cumplir con los estndares y procedimientos de limpieza, presentacin, y calidad.
Utilizara todos los sistemas LEAN disponibles, para cocinar cantidades apropiadas que minimicen desecho de comida.
Entregara las ordenes rpidamente, teniendo siempre a nuestros invitados en mente.
Comunicara efectivamente con el piso del frente sobre los tiempos de espera.
Mantendr todas las reas limpias, ofreciendo un ambiente limpio y seguro para comer en todo momento.
Recibir y almacenar los productos, rotando los mismos de manera FIFO (primero en entrar, primero en salir)
Surtir el inventario de artculos en su rea de trabajo.
Seguir siempre el cdigo de salud, manejo de la comida, inventario, qumicos y limpieza efectivamente.
Utilizara todo el equipo de cocina correctamente, proporcionando su limpieza y mantenimiento.
Ofrecer hospitalidad e interaccin genuina y agradable con los invitados y otros miembros del equipo.
Demuestre resiliencia, creatividad y constante retroalimentacin.
Busque la excelencia, analice su progreso y ayude a otros ganar.
Acte con dignidad, honor, respeto y profesionalismo.
Trabaje siempre con sentido de urgencia.
Conserve la visin, misin y valores de nuestra organizacin.
Mantenga el enfoque en rol asignado y esfurcese por aprender ese rol lo mejor que pueda.

Habilidad de aprender y servir en CUALQUIER posicin que se le asigne.
Diploma de escuela superior o educacin equivalente requerida.
Un ao de experiencia relevante deseada pero no requerida.
