RN - Pediatric

Pediatric Registered Nurse - Inpatient Hematology/Oncology

This is a 13-week contract position with a shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our inpatient unit specializing in Hematology/Oncology. The ideal candidate will have significant pediatric inpatient experience and a comfort level with high acuity patients, including those requiring high flow nasal cannula, tracheostomy care, and feeding tubes.

Deliver direct patient care to pediatric patients in an inpatient setting.

Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.

Monitor patient condition and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC electronic medical records system.

Minimum of 2 years of pediatric inpatient nursing experience is required.

Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.

Current BLS and PALS certifications are required.

EPIC experience is mandatory.

Current state RN license or pending state license consideration may be evaluated.
