$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Night Shift

Monday to Friday: Evening Differential of $3 per hour; Night Differential of $5 per hour

Saturday and Sunday: Day Differential of $3 per hour; Evening Differential of $4 per hour; Night Differential of $7 per hour

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
