Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Washington, DC: Start your assignment in Washington, DC and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will assess patient abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on safety and home exercise programs.
