Front Office Team Member
Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology
Front Office Staff Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Office Staff member to join our growing practice at our East Lansing and Mason locations! Responsibilities include: Checking patients in and out Answering phones and routing messages to nursing staff Scheduling appointments Updating patient demographic and insurance information Collecting copays and providing general clerical support Schedule & Location: Full time: MondayFriday No nights, weekends, or holidays Work locations include East Lansing and Mason (rotation may be required) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service skills Medical office experience preferred but not required Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Competitive pay based on experience Apply today to join a supportive, patient-focused OB/GYN team!
