Overview:

Sentara Therapy Center BelleHarbour is hiring an Administrative Assistant who could also travel to Multiple Therapy Centers in the Suffolk Area - Sentara Albemarle YMCA and Sentara Therapy Center St. Lukes

Clinic Hours are 7 AM - 7 PM Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 5:30/6:00 on Friday

The schedule will be a variety of hours depending on needs

The Administrative Associate is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks. This position provides clerical support, manages patient records, schedules appointments, and handles patient inquiries. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Education

• High School or Equivalent

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.53 - $28.86 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
