If you live near Tempe, AZ, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to drive successful project delivery for CSDM and clinical integration applicationsDesign, develop, and productionize machine learning and generative AI solutions supporting use cases, including conversational AI for Nursing facility diversion programs Develop strong AI/applications that are used across clinical platform teams for C&S regulatory/growth program needsSolid experience in software development, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needsTake ownership of operational support, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues efficientlyActively participate in all deployment activities, ensuring smooth releases and minimizing downtimeMentor development teams, fostering best practices in software engineering and agile deliveryDrive end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with organizational goalsLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasksEvaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovationDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AIYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS or IT related field8 years of experience as a technical developer with a track record of successfully delivering complex cloud-based projects8 years of experience with programming languages like Golang or Java or Python5 years of experience with any one cloud platform like Azure or AWS or GCP5 years of experience with Oracle/ SQL2 years of experience with Kafka & API development1 years of experience with Splunk1 years of experience with Kubernetes1 years of hands-on experience deploying models using cloud platforms and MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)6 months of experience designing and delivering production grade AI/ML systems in enterprise environmentsPreferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare-related projects2+ years of experience with front end technologies like Angular or React2+ years of experience with DataStage2+ years of experience with Scala, spark Knowledge of Facets Trizetto, with a focus on claims and provider setup CPC or other coding certificationLeadership & Collaboration: Strong ability to work with business stakeholders and end users to translate requirements into technical solutionsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and business partners*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyFor more information on our Internal Job Posting Policy, click here.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
