Memory Care LPN / PRN

Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care at NHC Place at the Trace. 12‑hour shifts up to $35/hour, with $5,000 bonus for full‑time and $2,500 for part‑time positions. Weekly/daily pay available via OnShift Wallet. Key Responsibilities Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementation of care. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs effectively. Adhere to current nursing standards of practice and regulations. Foster continuous quality improvement with problem‑solving skills. Demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of care. Qualifications Active Tennessee LPN/RN nursing license (GNs and GPNs also welcome).
