Embark on a rewarding contract assignment assisting students with special needs in the Pulaski, WI area. Available positions include roles in elementary Autism programs, early childhood, and high school intellectual disability classrooms. You’ll work onsite in a collaborative school environment dedicated to supporting exceptional learners.

What You Bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with students with Autism or intellectual disabilities
• Behavior Endorsements and elementary special education background (required)
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students in assigned caseloads: elementary Autism, early childhood, or high school intellectual disability
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in collaboration with support staff and families
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and adapt instruction to student needs
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
• Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and other educators to ensure student success
