We're looking for someone who can be the voice and first impression of that philosophy — on the phone, in writing, and in the room. The Role This is a front-of-house role, but it's built for someone with proven high-end sales, hospitality, or luxury retail experience — not just a friendly face. You'll be the person who turns a curious phone call into a scheduled new patient, confidently closes on the value of premium out-of-network care, and makes every interaction feel like proof they chose the right office. What Success Looks Like (Your First 3 Months) New Patient Conversion — 80%+: Convert new patient inquiry calls into scheduled appointments, confidently navigating objections about cost and insurance, and clearly articulating the specific value we offer over an in-network alternative. Missed Call Rate — Under 10%: Keep call responsiveness high enough that opportunity never slips through the cracks. Hygiene Reappointment Rate — 90%+: Rebook hygiene patients before they leave the office, every time. Treatment Coordination Support: Clearly walk patients through financial and insurance options for proposed treatment, and complete follow-up outreach — supporting our practice-wide 80% treatment acceptance goal. Patient Experience Ownership: Own and continually elevate the amenities and comfort details that make a visit here feel more like a wellness retreat than a dental appointment, tracked through our patient satisfaction and review scores. Follow-Through & Reliability: Every commitment (callbacks, insurance verifications, financial arrangements, hygiene recalls, patient requests) gets closed out within the timeframe promised, with nothing falling through the cracks. We need to trust that once something is on your list, it's handled. 90-Day Deliverable: Build and document repeatable scripts for explaining insurance, our office philosophy, and treatment plans clearly on the first conversation — strong enough that the rest of the team can be trained to communicate with the same confidence and warmth. What You Bring Expert-level written and verbal communication — confident in consultative, high-dollar sales conversations, and comfortable closing, not just scheduling Sales or client-facing experience in a high-end retail, hospitality, or luxury service environment (luxury retail, spa/wellness, concierge, membership sales, private club, etc.) The ability to handle objections and questions with warmth, not defensiveness Sharp organizational and prioritization instincts; you can juggle a full plate of tasks and nothing quietly slips A genuine interest in health, wellness, and hospitality (dental experience is not required — we'll train the clinical/software side) Comfort being the calm, confident voice of a premium, out-of-network practice Where This Can Take You We invest in people who invest in this role.
