As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Clearwater, FL at the Countryside Branch (2575 Countryside Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33761). Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners. Responsibilities Proactive lead generation and appointment setting inside and outside of the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Leverage product knowledge and acquired experience to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue. Translate client information from various sources into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners. Use tools and protocols to maximize business results. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI. Collaborate with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identify the best resource or team of resources to meet client needs and introduce the client accordingly. Hold partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up. Differentiates the client experience through advanced conversation skills. Deliver client well‑being through tailored solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Solve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary. Advocate for clients and prospects across product, support, operations or other departments within PNC. Work with the branch team to create referrals for consumer and business banking opportunities. Follow up on independent opportunities with the Branch Manager and Business Banker. Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through differentiated experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products. Educate clients on technology, tools and resources for financial transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.
