Moat Mountain Brewing Co. is hiring friendly, dependable hosts to join our high-energy front-of-house team at one of the busiest restaurants and breweries in the White Mountains.

For more than 26 years, we have built our reputation on great food, handcrafted beer, genuine hospitality, and strong teamwork.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally from the moment they arrive
• Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions and reservations
• Coordinate seating and guest flow throughout the restaurant
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, bussers, and management
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and welcoming
• Remain calm, attentive, and professional during high-volume service
• Support teammates and assist wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to learn multiple front-of-house roles
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we will train the right person

All front-of-house employees are cross-trained across multiple positions. Flexibility is essential, and teamwork is mandatory. We succeed by communicating, supporting one another, and stepping in wherever needed.
