Lead Economist, Workforce & Labor Analytics

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is looking for a Lead Economist to guide workforce and labor market analytics. In this role, you will influence internal strategy and external market positioning through advanced economic modeling and analysis. You will establish thought leadership in labor economics while mentoring your team for improved analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in Economics, with over 7 years of experience in economic analysis, particularly within financial services.
