Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianDASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician.SUMMARY: Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance.
