With over 25 years in financial services and 10+ years as a State Farm agency, we believe in investing in our team’s success. On a personal note, I am a proud mother of 2 and soon to be grandmother! I have a thriving State Farm office physically located in Huntington Beach Ca. We are able to write business in CA, AZ, NV and OR. At our agency, we prioritize a positive, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do:

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed
• Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date.
• Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, and insurance claims.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit agency targets.
• Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on the best insurance solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally to meet customer needs and support business growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!
