Sit-Down Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join one of our great clients in Ball Ground, GA . This role supports daily warehouse and millwork production operations by safely moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory flow, and ensuring all product is staged correctly for manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials Transport lumber, millwork components, and finished goods throughout the facility Use an RF Scanner to track inventory movement and maintain accurate documentation Update material transactions in the Innergy ERP system Inspect forklift daily and report any mechanical or safety concerns Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Support general warehouse tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Valid forklift certification required Previous forklift operating experience required High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift, move, and maneuver materials in a warehouse environment Basic computer experience or knowledge Must have a clear background to be considered Steel-toe shoes required Strong attention to safety and reliability Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:30PM Pay: $18.00/hour TEMP assignment We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
