Physician Assistant - Intensivist - Nights

Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care. Position Highlights Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14days off (7 PM – 7 AM) Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment Work autonomously alongside a well-established team Utilizes EPIC EMR system Competitive compensation and benefits package Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Why Baylor Scott & White – Lakeway? Qualifications EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Physician Assistants (PA) ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
