Responsibilities Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, showcasing expertise in mixology. Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Knowledgeably guide patrons through the cocktail menu, offering recommendations based on preferences. Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and adheres to Palmyre Bar's high standards of cleanliness. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, fostering a positive and vibrant atmosphere. Collaborate with bar backs and other team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in an upscale or high-volume establishment. Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a personalized experience for each guest. Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
