We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Elevator Operators . This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in supporting local agriculture and helping farmers move their grain safely and efficiently.

• Receive, handle, store, and load grain.
• Operate and monitor grain handling equipment and systems.
• Assist with grain quality checks and inventory management.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor equipment repairs.
• Keep facilities and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Work closely with coworkers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service to farmers, truck drivers, and visitors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Harvest season is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year in agriculture. During the fall, employees often have the opportunity to work additional hours and earn overtime while helping support our customers during a critical time of the season.

• Basic understanding of millwright, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems including the ability to use a wide range of power tools
• Ability to operate various machinery such as skid loader, front end loader, forklift lawn mower, or other location specific equipment
• Ability to climb heights of 200ft
• Displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing tasks efficiently and accurately
• Displays professional customer service skills
• Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, and pounding with hammer
• Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme  heat or cold, dusty conditions, extreme heights, or confined space for long periods of time
• Able to work extended hours as needed, including weekends
• A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Agricultural experience preferred
