Position Overview

Caravan 12th Corporation is hiring energetic, reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team! We deliver packages directly to customer doors, bringing smiles and high-quality service to our local community.

No commercial driver's license (CDL) is required—we provide the delivery van, gas, technology, and comprehensive paid training. If you enjoy driving, staying active, and working independently in a fast-paced environment, apply today!

Compensation & Perks

Schedule & Hours

• Shift Length: 8 to 10 hours per day
• Operating Hours: Shifts available 7 days a week
• Flexibility: Full-time and part-time seasonal options available

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Packages: Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations on time.
• Drive Safely: Operate a company delivery van while adhering to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and vehicle inspection protocols.
• Stay Active: Load/unload packages (up to 50 lbs) and move efficiently in and out of the van throughout your shift in various weather conditions.
• Use Technology: Utilize a company-issued smartphone for GPS navigation, route tracking, scanning packages, and clocking in/out.
• Team Support: Collaborate with dispatchers and assist fellow drivers with route rescues when needed.

Qualifications & Basic Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old .
• Driver’s License: Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license (No CDL required).
• Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Communication: Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
