What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and capillary methods
• Receive specimens from couriers and process samples accurately
• Perform waived lab tests across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, and coagulation areas
• Ensure quality control of tests and troubleshoot as needed
• Enter patient data and test results into laboratory information systems
• Monitor STAT testing to meet turnaround times
• Maintain laboratory supplies and documentation per regulations
• Assist in specimen handling, processing, and reporting

What You Need

• Valid certification/license in clinical laboratory or relevant healthcare field (preferred but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
• Prior experience in laboratory testing or healthcare environment a plus

This role involves supporting point-of-care testing in a mobile setting that serves multiple care facilities.
