CNC Lathe Setup Operator

American Drilling Company is looking for CNC Lathe Programmers/Operators. Candidates should possess a desire to learn and be successful, and the ability to follow through on what he or she is asked to do, a great attitude, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. We are a fast-growing, Southern California-based manufacturer of precision-engineered products for aerospace, industrial, and medical end markets with state-of-the-art capital equipment that operates in an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 production environment. The Company's capabilities include CNC turning, CNC mill/turn, CNC milling, CNC Swiss turning, Gundrilling, Honing, and traditional drilling. Make machine adjustments. Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Read part drawings and blueprints. Perform daily required machine maintenance. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
