The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the evolution of the app into a cohesive experience by connecting user journeys into a singular, focused narrative. Drive a culture of excellence by prioritizing roadmaps that simplify interactions and maintain high iOS fidelity. Drive strategic simplification of the app’s hierarchy and UI primitives to ensure a consistent model for all users. Implement a unified design system to systematically eliminate UI inconsistencies and maintain visual alignment.
