Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong client base by providing thoughtful, comprehensive insurance solutions.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure our neighbors in Easton have the exact coverage they require.

Maintain active communication with policyholders regarding renewals, policy adjustments, and claims support.

Collaborate with local business owners to identify and solve potential gaps in their current coverage.

Participate in community outreach events to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting connections.

Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions and policy changes.

Requirements

Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.

Knowledge of regional insurance market trends in the Easton area.
