We are currently establishing a U.S. operations center in the Greater Chicago area to support our nationwide sales network, customer demonstrations, technical services, and spare parts operations.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Dealer Development to lead the growth of our U.S. dealer and distributor network.

The Opportunity

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an industry professional with strong relationships in the U.S. machine tool and metal fabrication equipment market.

We are looking for someone who understands the dealer business, knows how to identify and develop successful distribution partners, and has a proven track record of building profitable dealer networks.

Our priority is dealer network expansion and measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GLORYSTAR’s nationwide dealer and distributor expansion strategy.
• Identify, recruit, evaluate, and onboard qualified machinery dealers across the United States.
• Establish long-term partnerships with leading machine tool and metal fabrication equipment distributors.
• Expand dealer coverage in key U.S. industrial markets.
• Develop regional sales strategies and annual business plans with dealer partners.
• Support dealers in customer acquisition, major projects, equipment demonstrations, and sales negotiations.
• Work closely with GLORYSTAR’s technical, marketing, and after-sales service teams to strengthen dealer capabilities.
• Monitor dealer performance, sales pipelines, and market development activities.
• Drive revenue growth through new and existing dealer relationships.
• Report directly to the Founder & CEO.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience developing and expanding dealer or distributor networks in the U.S. industrial equipment market.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery distribution, channel sales, and dealer business models.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting new dealers and generating measurable sales growth.
• Established professional relationships within the U.S. machinery dealer community.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute nationwide market expansion strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.

Preferred:

• 10+ years of experience in industrial machinery, laser cutting equipment, CNC machine tools, or metal fabrication equipment.
• Previous experience in regional or national dealer development, channel sales, or senior sales leadership.
• Experience working with laser cutting equipment manufacturers or established U.S. machine tool distributors.
• Familiarity with fiber laser cutting systems, tube cutting machines, press brakes, and industrial automation solutions.
• Experience developing dealer networks for international equipment manufacturers entering or expanding in the U.S. market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually.
• Target Annual Performance Bonus: $40,000–$60,000, based on agreed performance objectives.
• Additional performance incentives may be available for exceptional dealer development and sales results.
• Business travel expenses reimbursed according to company policy.
