About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and vision for the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the college, fostering a culture of excellence in research and education, and ensuring the college's continued growth and success. The Dean will also be tasked with promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the college and the broader community. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic and administrative leadership. The role requires the ability to effectively manage resources, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive innovation in teaching and research. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of engineering and a commitment to advancing the mission and values of the college.
