You will oversee patient flow, including admissions and discharges, to deliver efficient, patient‑centered care and optimal throughput. You will lead and manage nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring appropriate staffing, competencies, and coordination of interdisciplinary care. You will champion an exceptional patient experience by leveraging feedback, improving satisfaction, and supporting service recovery when needed. Qualifications Current Texas (RN) Registered Nurse license (If Compact License, Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - required Master's Degree in Nursing - preferred 1+ years of experience in healthcare - required 1+ years of experience in leadership - preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) must be obtained within 12 months of employment start date NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 12 months of employment start date Pediatric Advance Life Support Certification (PALS) must be obtained per SDH policy - preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
