About the Role:

Navila Aesthetic Lounge is looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team in Tustin, CA. Responsibilities:

• Administer aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and other injectables
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Perform skin rejuvenation treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and treatment documentation
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and follow-up protocols
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control
• Build lasting client relationships to support retention and loyalty

Requirements:

• Active RN or NP license in the state of California (required)
• 1+ years of experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing
• Proficiency in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Detail-oriented, artistic eye with a passion for aesthetic outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, boutique lounge setting
