Construction Foreman

As a Construction Foreman, you will lead a crew of 2–3 team members, coordinate landscape and hardscape projects, and help deliver quality work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead a crew of 2–3 team members on outdoor construction projects, organizing daily tasks to support teamwork and productivity. Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to execute landscape and hardscape designs accurately. Oversee hardscape installations and coordinate job site materials, logistics, and task schedules. Operate and maintain landscape and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Train and mentor crew members to build their skills and encourage collaboration. Monitor project progress and workmanship to maintain quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Participate in winter snow operations to help keep community spaces safe. Qualifications Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and train a small crew. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 pounds. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
