Toledo, Ohio

Monday Friday, 8 am 6 pm schedule with only 1 weekend call per month

Outpatient-only position with a structured ramp-up period for new providers

Focus on LGBTQ community health, HIV care, and transgender health services

Provide culturally competent primary care with hormone therapy and controlled substances

Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with Advanced Practice Providers

DEA required; experience in HIV and LGBTQ health preferred

Hospital-employed position with opportunity to shape clinical policies and protocols

Active role in quality improvement and community provider relationship development
