Position Summary Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our factory plays a pivotal role in serving a vast region as we drive the future of pet treat innovation. As a Sanitation Operator, you’ll work across areas of the production environment to support our processes. With safety top of mind, you’ll ensure that our equipment and machinery remain in top‑notch condition as you use your quick problem‑solving skills to address equipment needs throughout the operation day. Make an impact on the lives of people and pets with a collaborative team as you work in various areas of manufacturing in this role. Safely operate production and processing equipment. Perform quality checks and meet product specifications. Maintain a safe and clean workplace. Perform sanitation duties and material handling. Execute Master Cleaning Schedule. Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment using lock‑out procedures as prescribed. Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements. Occasionally work at high heights within plant to fulfill job responsibilities. Benefits and Compensation Competitive bi‑weekly pay starting at $19.41/hr Quarterly bonuses Eligibility for overtime pay Paid time off and generous parental leave The shift option available is Monday‑Friday from 3:00PM‑11:30PM. Requirements 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment. The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.41. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
