Full Time, Temp to Hire, 1st and 2nd Shift Press Operators needed in Whitewater, WI

Hours: 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am

Pay: $16hr or BOE

The position requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving the entire shift.

Must be able to lift 50lbs on occasion.

Have good mechanical skills and hand dexterity

The primary position will be supporting and maintaining the running of the automated cell which entails keeping the press in cycle, proper handling of inserts, lifting of trays, loading, and unloading of trays, post curing, inspecting, and packaging the finished goods onto pallets. In addition, preparation, and maintenance of the required documentation, such as daily production tracking, quality documents, etc.

Secondary tasks may include running other silicone presses, sorting, general cleaning duties, and other tasks assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
