eCommerce Analytics Manager

Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time Manager, eCommerce Analytics will drive the execution of the enterprise eCommerce analytics strategy, focusing on customer insights, performance analytics, and digital measurement frameworks in a hybrid or fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of the company's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce analytics strategy, aligning analytics with business growth and customer objectives Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence digital investments and business planning decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in web analytics, emphasizing analytics strategy development in eCommerce or digital environments Previous experience in a mentor, supervisor, lead, or manager role Highly advanced skills in managing profiles and creating tagging strategies Extensive experience in creating and delivering reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI
