The West Side Federation for Senior & Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to join its Leasing and Compliance team in New York. The role focuses on maintaining high occupancy at properties while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, subsidy guidelines, and fair housing laws.
