**Exciting Opportunity for Occupational Therapists in Oakland, CA!** Join a dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist, where you can make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while enjoying a flexible work environment! **Job Description:** - Newly Graduated Therapists are Welcome! - Your Territory: - Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont - Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City - **Flexible Work Options:** - Choose between Guaranteed Hours or Non-Guaranteed Hours. - **Guaranteed Hours Option:** - Minimum productivity of 27 points per week. - 36 hours guaranteed. - Willingness to travel outside the area or work weekends if necessary. - Note: The guarantee does not apply for the first and last week of assignment or during holidays/time off. - **Non-Guaranteed Hours Option:** - Weekend coverage may be required. - Flexibility to occasionally see patients outside the primary service area. - No guaranteed hours – you can refuse patients. - Willingness to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients is a must. - **Visit Types and Points System:** - OASIS ReCertification, Routine, Evaluation, Discharge, etc. – each visit converts into points and hours. - Total time includes travel and documentation. - **Requirements:** - Valid California OT License - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Valid Driver's License - Auto insurance and registration - Annual TB test - Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) - Pre-employment drug screening and physical - **Additional Notes:** - Ensure your agency's contract aligns with submission requirements. - All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.
