We can train the right person. If you already sell roofing, come from construction, or have outside sales experience in another industry, that is great too. Hunters tend to do well here, but the profession also pulls heavily from teachers, coaches, former athletes, construction and skilled trades, insurance or claims adjusting, real estate, project or field management, hospitality, and first responders. If you need constant supervision, dislike follow-up, or want guaranteed pay without accountability, this won't be a good fit. Freedom and accountability travel together here. You will manage your own schedule, build your own pipeline, and control how much you earn. We can train the right person from the ground up if you are coachable and willing to work. We can also elevate an experienced seller who is tired of chaos and wants real support. This seat carries real weight. You shape first impressions. You influence trust. You impact reviews, referrals, and repeat business. One strong Client Success Manager can change a market. What winning looks like in real life is simple and consistent: You build and maintain a full pipeline. You respond quickly and follow up until there is a clear next step. You perform honest roof and exterior assessments. You take clear photos and notes. You keep our CRM software clean and current. You communicate before people have to chase you. You recommend work you can stand behind. You treat customers like you would want your own family treated. What winning looks like in real life is simple and consistent: You should be coachable and willing to learn roofing, our assessment process, and our systems. With training, you should be comfortable performing assessments and discussing scope of work, understand follow-up, pipeline, closing, and have an appetite for growth. We do not hand you a ladder and wish you luck. You will get training, coaching, clear processes, real support, and technology that makes your job easier. Outside sales experience, with roofing, exterior, or construction is a plus but not required. Money and Structure: A 1099 independent contractor position. We can walk you through this, if needed. Performance-based pay with tremendous earning potential. A highly motivated salesperson with strong communication skills can earn more per year than a surgeon in this role. Yes, seriously.
