Job Description

Lead all on-site HR functions, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership. Partner with executive leadership to support workforce planning and business strategy. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes. Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on workplace issues. Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing employee support. Manage HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring accurate employee records and payroll coordination. Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, disability programs, and return-to-work initiatives. Analyze HR data (headcount, overtime, compensation) to support leadership decision-making. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. Support safety, compliance training, and cross-functional operational projects.

Work Environment & Physical Considerations:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise; requires regular movement (standing/walking), occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), and interaction with production equipment, with flexibility for occasional travel or extended hours.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager:

• Proven HR Manager or senior HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational and strategic responsibilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, production-focused environment
