Principal GPU Memory Architect

Principal GPU Memory Simulation Architect is a full-time position focused on designing and developing next-generation GPU memory and on-chip interconnect performance models, requiring extensive experience in architectural simulation and GPU memory systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine NOC performance and functional models using AI technologies Define innovative features for GPU memory and on-chip interconnect subsystems Analyze benchmarks and simulation results to optimize architecture Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 15+ years of relevant professional experience Strong performance modeling experience and ability to build architectural simulation infrastructure Experience in large-scale software development with programming skills in C/C++ and Python Deep expertise in GPU architecture, including memory systems and interconnect design
